Conditions we support
Find support by condition, or by what’s changed
Neurological conditions affect people differently. Start with your diagnosis, or with the everyday difficulty that matters most to you.
After hospital
Home from hospital, but not back to yourself?
Leaving hospital is a milestone, but it’s rarely the end of recovery. Many people come home weaker, more tired and less confident than before. They’re deconditioned, struggling with routines, and unsure how to get back to the things they used to do.
Community rehabilitation waits can be long. Private OT can start sooner and work alongside your NHS care, focusing on your goals at home, at work and in your community.
We can help you
- Rebuild daily routines and stamina for everyday tasks
- Get around home safely and reduce falls risk
- Manage fatigue and pace your recovery
- Regain confidence going out and about
- Plan a return to work, study or driving conversations
- Support family members to understand what helps

Ask usBy what’s changed
Start with the difficulty
“I’m exhausted after doing very little”
Neurological fatigue isn’t ordinary tiredness. We assess what drains and restores your energy, then build a realistic plan for pacing, priorities and recovery time.
“I can’t concentrate or keep track”
We assess how memory, attention and planning difficulties affect real tasks, then teach strategies that work in your life, such as structured approaches to planning and organising.
“My arm or hand won’t do what I need it to”
We turn daily tasks into rehabilitation, so practice happens through the day rather than in occasional sessions.
“I’ve been diagnosed and want to stay in work or study”
We analyse the demands of your role, plan a graded return, advise on reasonable adjustments and liaise with your employer, occupational health or school.
“Things are getting harder at home as I get older”
We assess personal care, kitchen tasks, getting around and falls risk, and recommend equipment or adaptations where they genuinely help.
My condition isn’t listed. Can you still help?
Possibly. We support a wide range of neurological presentations, including people without a formal diagnosis. Get in touch and we’ll give you an honest answer.
Can OT help years after a stroke or brain injury?
Often, yes. Research from Queen Square has shown that people can make meaningful improvements in arm and hand function many months or years after stroke with the right rehabilitation. See our evidence library.
Do you see children?
Yes. We work with children, young people and adults.
