A small team, closely led
Every case is led or overseen by Zeba. Her associates are experienced occupational therapists and therapy assistants who share her standards, and Zeba & associates work closely with the wider team around each person.
The associates
Zeba works with experienced associate occupational therapists and therapy assistants across the region. Every associate is:
- HCPC registered (therapists)
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Covered by professional indemnity insurance
- Clinically supervised by Zeba, with caseload oversight
Working with the MDT
- Attend MDT meetings and case conferences
- Share OT findings with treating teams
- Coordinate goals across disciplines
- Liaise with GPs, consultants and community teams
- Keep case managers and solicitors regularly updated
