Traumatic brain injury & head injury

Including mild TBI and post-concussion symptoms, where people present well but struggle with fatigue, cognition, mood and work.

Road traffic accidents & polytrauma

Combined neurological and orthopaedic injuries, with joined-up goals across physical, cognitive and emotional needs.

Musculoskeletal & orthopaedic injuries

Fractures, soft tissue and post-surgical rehabilitation focused on function, independence and return to work.

Upper limb & hand injuries

Functional rehabilitation for the arm and hand after fractures, nerve injuries, CRPS and stroke.

Acquired brain & spinal injury

Including stroke and hypoxic brain injury in clinical negligence claims, and spinal cord injury.

Children & young people

Paediatric head injury and neurological rehabilitation, with school and family liaison.

Who we work with

Built around the people who commission rehab

We work with case managers, personal injury and clinical negligence solicitors, Court of Protection deputies, insurers and rehabilitation providers, and employers and occupational health teams.

Every case is led or overseen by Zeba Jabeen, our founder and clinical lead, who has almost 15 years’ experience, much of it in the NHS, including at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square. Where an associate delivers sessions, they are HCPC registered, insured and supervised by Zeba.

What does the initial OT assessment include?

A face-to-face assessment at home or in the community (or virtually where appropriate), review of the background information you send, standardised assessments as indicated, and a written report with findings, goals and costed recommendations.
