Do self-referrals cost less?

Yes. Individuals and families arranging OT directly receive discounted self-referral rates. Tell us a little about what’s happening and we’ll send you a personal quote.

Why do you charge for travel?

Home and community visits are often the most effective way to work, but they take clinical time. Travel time and return mileage are calculated from the visiting therapist’s base and confirmed before booking. Virtual sessions have no travel charge.

Is the estimate the final price?

No. It’s a provisional estimate based on the details you enter. Travel time and mileage are confirmed by us, and the final quotation is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you’re arranging OT yourself and cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, we’ll offer a refund or a credit to use within 60 days. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged as set out in your agreement. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

How do I pay?

If you’re arranging OT yourself, you pay when booking. Case-managed and funded work is invoiced monthly, with payment due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
